Just like the roadside automobile service.........AAA

While re-reading these stories now, I remember having nightmares as a young kid when I would read these before I went sleep. What a classic collection!

BBB, sorry folks but this one was kinda weak on the stories for me, but not as weak as Night Shift was. At least it had The Mist to save it, I can't name another story from this book though I do remember they were ok.

This was one of the first King books I read, and I totally love it. Every reread makes it that much better. All A's.

Are you kidding? This has tons of classics! "Nona", "Survivor Type", "The Ballad of the Flexible Bullet", "Word Processor of the Gods", "The Jaunt" just to name a few.

Giving it a BBB.
As is typical of a large collection some were better in certain ways, some worse, some less or more memorable etc...

Patrick, since you said you're now reading Just After Sunset, I think you should start on Skeleton Crew right after!

It's great to see this book receive only four Cs overall. It's a really great collection.
