A-A-A my favorite from the series although, DT VII comes in as a close 2nd if for nothing else than the "closure".

Straight A's.

Had it not been for this book, I probably would have stopped reading the DT series. I got a real sense of Roland's personality in this one, and this is the book that "hooked" me.

I always think this is my least favorite one (that whole drag down the beach nearly kills me)....that is, until I read it again and again and can't put it down.

Hm, I fell in love with it instantly, with the first page, probably.

Shit, I meant to vote A-A-A but I somehow hit A-A-AB...
Can somebody fix that for me?

I'm sorry... :(

Great Plot
Great Characters (the series would have sucked if King fucked up with even oen of the characters)
I got confuzzled the first time i finished the book (who the fuck is Susannah Dead (completely forgot Eddie's last name) and where the fuck did she come from?). I had to go back and reread the ending (from the time Roland Entered Mort's body).
after that it was brilliant.

A-B-A. My first impression upon reading this book was, to be honest, that Susannah was poorly written. That opinion changed in later in the series, but this poll only concerns this particular book.
