Hey, everyone. I'm putting this out here as a temporary thread only. I'm trying to track down a site that I went to once that had listings of the first edition markers for King's books--you know, the number/letter combo that appears on a random page near the binding to authenticate firsts. I can't, for the life of me, find this site. Anyone here know where it is?

I don't know...is there money involved?

Just kidding. I'd like to see that site, too. :)

ETA: Google is a wonderful thing. Is this what you were looking for? http://www.yoda.arachsys.com/sk/1sted.html

The colors are a bit off-putting, but it does have some interesting info. I don't think it's exactly what you're asking for, though.

The best, though not perfect answer to identifying 1st edtion, 1st printings of King's work is here:

King 1st editions (http://www.stephenking.com/IdentifyingFirstEditions.pdf)

I had planned on individually clarifying this per each book, when posted in the SK Catalog thread.

Dude, I love you. That is absolutely awesome. :)

I've got it saved now. You never know when I may win the Lotto.

There it is! I never would have remembered that it was on King's official site. Good deal. I'll move this on over the the Clearing now. Thanks so much, Jerome.
