I gave this one a 4. I really liked it.
Still need to get to this. Sounds like I might really like it a lot.
I gave it a 5, one of my top 10 King books for sure.

I gave it a 4. I really enjoyed it, and it is one of the quickest reads I've ever had. Good stuff...just not great.
I actually thought this story was weak, especially compared to it's companion book Dolores Claiborne. I gave it a 3.

I hear you. Luckily my King pile is dwindling but there's still a few on that list.

I gave it a 3.
I didn't dislike it per se, but I didn't really care for it all that much either. It was ok.

I can totally relate to this statement , I feel the same way. But it seems
I may have to reread it as it is so well liked by the rest
of you.

I loved this one. Another 5 for me. I thought it was a terrifying story that really made my skin crawl. I liked Jessie a lot and found my heart pounding quite often. It's one of the few books that have literally given me goosebumps.

Same with me. I was scared of dark corners after reading this book.

*shudder* It was a good quick read but....*shudder*
When..
...she's getting out of the cuffs! :scared: That's just one part that made me squirm while reading it.
And especially...
...when the pale man mimics her in court.
THAT is what gave me chills.

I think I need to reread this one and see if it'll be as scary the second time around.
