This is one of King's best books. I would certainly like to read it again. 5.

This is a tough one, I thought the book started very well and had an interesting concept. All in all, it had a beat and I could dance to it. I gave it a 3.

The kid with the Sandy Koufax card and the shotgun. That scene disturbed me. I did not like the ending though. I mean how hokey was that crap? The guy rides his chariot of fire into the sky or some such. If not for the stupid ending, I would have given this book a 4.

A good strong 4... although now I wish I had given a 5; I might edit my choice later.

Hmm. A '4' for me.

Why just 4? If you don't mind me asking.

"YOU DARE QUESTION MY......" oh, It's you Letti. :huglove:

Simple enough I guess.
Rightly or wrongly my approach to this whole thing is that King Books deserving a '5' from me are in a high category all their own (eg. The Stand, It, Insomnia, a lot of the DT Books, etc...).
And certain others, including this one, though very good in their own right don't make it into my '5' category.

I know some peoples response to that has been to mark each book on it's own merits - but at the end of the day all things are relative. (and rating all Books, for me, means rating them relative to other Books).
