You cautiously walk through the aged batwing doors into the dilapidated remains of a saloon. The place is long deserted yet a miasma of stale beer and too many smokes still hangs in the air. You make your way to the lone poker table, sitting in the dying rays of the afternoon sun. On the table you see five cards laid out, just ready to be played.

Curiosity running high, you turn over the first card:

“Hmm, eight of club,” you notice. You nonchalantly turn over the next card:

“Eight of spades,” you register. Onto the next card:

“Humph, Ace of clubs,” you mumble quietly as an unsettling nervousness slips into your psyche. You reach for the next card:

“Ace of spades,” your mind screams, “No way.” With a slight hesitation, you turn the final card:

“Queen of Diamonds,” you stare at the final card, “Dead Mans Hand.”
Behind you, there is a loud noise, you turn…..
