I'm really new at this, but i was told that there should be a thread for this. been folding for less than 2 days, and i think I'm already getting better. or i could be delusional.

look, it's the umm... white...tower. :)

and i didn't actually make this one. i found it. it had blood on it and an orange pom-pom in it.

Anyway I at that time bought some folding paper, I wonder where it could be?

For Christmas one year (back when my whole family had the tradition of actually MAKING presents for each other), my dad made one of those flying origami birds for my sister . . . out of two $20 bills. :D

That's really impressive, Jean!

Origami is really nice. I've stumbled across some really neat sites that have great instructions.
For our first anniversary, I wanted to keep with the traditional paper gift...so I made some marbled paper, then made a pair of origami hearts for my husband.

As it turns out, he got me paper tickets to Cirque du Soleil and I felt pretty lame.
