I love 'em.

And I hope that you guys do too.
Their lyrics are probably my favorite out of any band.

I think I was talking about them to you in another thread, but I recently got into them. I've only got a couple of their albums, narrow stairs and plans (they're the only 2 that rhapsody has for some reason). I'll have to pick up their other ones sometime soon.

I highly recommend Transatlanticism.

Seymour, there's a great interview with the guitarist from Death Cab in Autumn De Wilde's Elliott Smith. Its a book with rare photograph's of Elliott and interviews with those closest to him as a well as a couple with current musicians that were significantly influenced by him. I think it'd be right up your alley if you get a chance to read it (or you could just skip to the death cab section next time you're at Barnes and Noble).

I have a live recording from 2002 around here somewhere that I put on CD for the taper. Could probably send you a copy if I can find it.

For me it's tied with Narrow Stairs.
