Would the fan art section also accept writings (stories or poetry) inspired by the series? I have a poem called "The Last Sunrise" I may be willing to share, and a story idea that connects "The Mist" directly to the DT by way of explaining exactly how it was that a todash rip appeared in Bridgton, Maine in 1985, and how it relates to the experimental project being conducted by the military in the wake of the Arrowhead Project. Now that I have gotten to Book 7 of the DT, I understand how everything is related, and the Mist is one of my favorite stories in the SK universe.

There is a section for writing in Turtleback Lane (http://www.thedarktower.org/palaver/forumdisplay.php?f=16) - I'll have this thread moved there. :)

niytemare: I think many of your questions will be answered if you read those two threads:

Fan Fiction Posting Guidelines (http://www.thedarktower.org/palaver/showthread.php?t=598)
Questions (http://www.thedarktower.org/palaver/showthread.php?t=599)

now, if what you want to post can be (in accordance to the guidelines provided) qualified as fanfic and complies with our rules, please feel free to post it in our I, Gan (http://www.thedarktower.org/palaver/forumdisplay.php?f=88) forum. If it is just somewhat inspired by King or any other author, it can be posted here in Turtleback Lane or, if it is poetry, in Bird and Bear and Hare and Fish (http://www.thedarktower.org/palaver/forumdisplay.php?f=86).
