They do however give me senior drinks sometimes....and I am only 36. In a way it makes me feel good cause I'm saving money. I just hope I don't look to be in my fifties or sixties. :unsure:

I'm not allowed to use message boards at work. It's a miracle I can even SEE this one. I suspect it's only because the web address says "palaver" and not "forum". That's why I often post late to threads - I don't get to them until that night after you guys have been bantering back and forth about it for hours. Then I post and the thread just seems to stop. i work for a company that sells garbage trucks [it's actually the industry leading company] but currently there is not a whole lot of work for me to do so it's a rather boring time here these days. at least i have this place to keep me occupied at times. otherwise....zzzzzzzzz

i just find the boredom crushing. it wouldn't be so bad if my office didn't have windows all the way around and sit in a place that has to be passed all the time in a busy hallway. believe me, i can sit and do nothing like george costanza dreams of, but not when i have to look busy even when i am not busy. it's really quite maddening.
