Obviously JP, but I can't choose between Speed or Scream. Gonna have to sit on this one for a few days...

I mean shit, Scream essentially reinvigorated the Horror genre.

Speed is pure, unadulterated 90s fun.

Also bonus anecdote - the scene towards the end where they knock the trash can over to find the tunnel that he dug under leading to the subway is right across the street from my building. Every time I walk by it I think of Speed

No, no, no, Scream is the way to go. It's such a fun, smart, clever horror film. And like you said it did reinvigorate the horror genre at that time.

I dunno, was never a big fan. It's an okay movie. New Nightmare is a much better Wes Craven '90s meta-horror movie.

I love Scream. It was a great theater experience, I just prefer Speed and JP.
