During the third round of The Great Music Tournament, please vote for up to two tracks you would like to move onto the playoffs. The top two tracks will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given track receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do listen to each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a track well, it's still worth giving it a listen for a refresher.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

CCR then I accidentally voted for Airplane rather than Summer in the City. Can this be corrected?

The poll has closed and the following tracks are moving on to the playoffs:


Creedence Clearwater Revival - Fortunate Son (1969) 76.47%
Jefferson Airplane - Somebody to Love (1967) 58.82%


And the following are eliminated:


The Lovin' Spoonful - Summer in the City (1966) 35.29%
The Four Tops - I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch) (1965) 23.53%
