In your Artists menu, what are the first and last entries on your iPod?

Mine runs from:

Adderley, Cannonball [Jazz] to
Zorn, John [expiremental is the best way to describe Zorn. he does so many different things with his music that it's too hard to categorize, but if you are adventurous in your music listening, he will provide plenty of interesting approaches.]

[note, I don't like iPod alphabetization, so I use regular alpha on mine].

What about you?

Since I use iTunes and not an iPod:
AFX [drum 'n bass/electronic/braindance/IDM, a pseudonym of Aphex Twin] to
808 State.

sounds very cool Frunobulax. Burnett has produced many albums I like, and has worked with Marc Ribot [who is the Roland of my music universe]

I'm not really sure how to describe Yoav, but I would definately recommended checking him out. I saw him open at a concert I went to last year, and was blown away by how good he was. Pretty different from everything else that's out there now. He plays the guitar, but adds on these effects, so that it sounds like there's a bunch of musicians up on stage playing with him.

Now my music goes from Adam Green, which is using normal iTunes alphabetization. Mr. Green was a member of anti-folk duo The Moldy Peaches, and I personally only enjoy the one album of his that I have. His other stuff is fine, but it's lacking without Kimya Dawson.

i know the Moldy Peaches, though none of green's solo work. another anti-folk act i like is jeffrey lewis.

I'm looking at some nice Daniel Johnston in the next day or so, once I turn my laptop on. And some new They Might Be Giants--which adds to my A-Z list.
