During the first round of The Great Music Tournament, please vote for up to five tracks you would like to move onto the next round. The top five tracks will be moving on. Keep in mind that the percentage of the vote a given track receives will determine its standing going forward.

IMPORTANT! Please do not simply vote on name recognition (or lack thereof) alone. Please do listen to each nomination and then make your choice. Even if you think you know a track well, it's still worth giving it a listen for a refresher.

The poll will run for seven days. Discussion is greatly encouraged!

Other than "Bad Romance" and "Best of You" this is wide open. Surprised to see just a single vote for "Catgroove". That track is top-notch!

Parov Stelar - Catgroove (2009) is by far the best of this set.

With about 10 hours to go we have pretty big gridlock for the last three spots amongst "Omen", "Wilderness", "My Girls", and "Day 'n' Nite", with "Catgroove" just a vote away.

The poll has closed and the following tracks are moving on to the next round:


Foo Fighters - Best of You (2005) 61.54%
Lady Gaga - Bad Romance (2009) 53.85%
Kid Cudi - Day 'n' Nite (2009) 30.77%
The Prodigy - Omen (2009) 30.77%


And the following is eliminated:


Parov Stelar - Catgroove (2009) 15.38%


And these will go through a tiebreaker poll for the final spot to move on:

Bluetech - Wilderness (2005) 23.08%
