I had my brother in-law custom make this cabinet around the stained glass, antique glass on bottom. I will be posting more and often with better pictures Too.

This is a radiator emblem from a early (1911-1923) King Automobile, like just about everything else it is very collectable. Only one i have.

Yes Lurker I did a total restoral on the radio, new caps & out of tolerance resistors, new dialbelt, new grillcloth, cleaned tuner and lubed the shutterdial motor mechanism. I had brother inlaw spray 10 coats of lacquer.
Stroppy I couldn't resist the Ned remarque, Jack and Oy are great characters and this is a awesome picture.

Theli the zenith 12s265 was made in 1937-38 with 12 tube's, 3 band's, shutter dial, motorized tuner and a 12" 15 watt speaker w/acoustic cone it was pretty fancy back then. Zenith also made a 25 tube radio the Stratosphere which is probably the holy grail of any collector. The 12s265 is up there in the top 10.

I restored a 1947 Sonora for my wife. It belonged to her now deceased Father who received it as a High School graduation present.

100's? Wow. That is a beautiful job on the Zenith.

No, I'm not on the radio forums, but that is a good idea for looking around. I have a Philco-57 (from 1933 for all you non-radio folks) that needs a new RF transformer.
Also have a 1948 Philco 48-1266 that just needs a speaker. I have the original speaker but not sure if it works. Someday I'll get them all up and running!

It has been awhile to post here! Thank's for all the great comment's. I had this cover made from a Remarque that is in my post #22 here. It is real black walnut wood veneer laser cut of the image to shade with 3M backing. I have a lot of catching up to do on this page, hopefully this weekend.

Thank's Dez, I was working alot out of town in that time frame so I make more spend less mean's more book's. I think I figured out my issue's with pictures i've had only to find more this afternoon, did some editing on photo bucket tofu and created more . See Summerville as hometown I lived in Goosecreek for a while my sister in law was born and raised in Monck's corner small world.
