Besides A Christmas Story, I can't think of any other holiday film I can watch on a 24 hour loop as some channels do now for both. Such a great film!

Could have gone with any of the three. Groundhog Day is probably the best overall film of the group, but I had to go with Monty Python for just pure comedy.

That's a really good point. Monty Python is hilarious, but pretty one-dimensional. Holy Grail and the whole collection were important for tearing down old dogmas, but other films have achieved more besides. Food for thought.
