Since we've got a tie in a tiebreaker, and time has passed, we need one more vote for either Hot Fuzz or Wayne's World 2 from someone who hasn't yet voted. First vote breaks the tie.

Randall Flagg cast the tie-breaking vote. Fast Times at Ridgemont High and Wayne's World 2 are moving on to the next round while Hot Fuzz is eliminated.
