There are a few more items that shouldn't break the bank (meaning <$50).
The trouble is that by the time S&H are considered, very few things are worth troubling with when a person can smartly buy them on ebay for a few bucks. Translation: It wastes time, energy, fuel, packaging etc. for someone to send me 2 books (they packed, and paid shipping), that I would then take pictures of and auction (and likely have 2 different packages to box and pack) for $5-$10 each. That's just horribly inefficient.

Much easier to donate $10 or more via the widget atop the page. Each $10 (up to $100) gets a person an entry in the Grand Prize drawing.
You could donate $10, and win.
I'll dig up the stats from last year, but the odds of winning this drawing are remarkably high. It isn't a 1/10,000 chance for $10. The odds are much better.

Last year we had <100 unique donors and <420 total entries. Much better odds than 1/10,000.
Mathematicians please chime in, but I believe that the odds of winning were 1/420 or better.

Yeah I definitely get you on that front. I just want to snag one book off the auction this year, don't mind if I pay a bit more than it's available elsewhere. Just a random goal for me. But I too will be donating nearer the end for the draw.

As for book/collectible donations, how do you go about the process? If I wanted to donate for next year I mean. Do you have interest in signed blu-rays or graphic novels/comics (SK related of course)? The reason I ask, is I can always see what sigs or skteches I can accrue during our local Comic Con later this year.
