Update.
I am looking at two different shirts. One is a Gillian pre-shrunk cotton, the other is a Hanes Beefy-T. I think the Hanes is a better shirt.
Preliminary price (DO NOT QUOTE ME) for pre-ordered (pre-paid) shirts would be $23 + actual shipping. After the pre-order, shirts would be $28 + actual shipping. XXl and larger would be $4 more.
Once again, this is to give people an idea. I am still debating whether to use a 6 color silk screen or a digital print. Leaning towards silk screen, but I have not decided yet.

Another update.
I'm looking at a possible slight change to the image. Nothing radical, just an enhancement.
It also seems that black Hanes Beefy T's are $5 cheaper than red ones.
I'll keep everyone posted, and of course no money has been asked for, or received, so nothing has been wasted other than a few zeros and ones.

I'm working on "blending" the edges of the art so it doesn't look like a framed picture on the chest.

Latest update. Thanks to sir_boomme for help with the art to make the image not look so rectangular.
The company can't print the red shirt image on a red Hanes Beefy-T. It will be Gilden high quality. That is what we used on the previous Dt.org shirts and it is excellent quality.

I talked to their design team and they indicated they would be able to change the letters to white. If they can't, I likely will go to the black shirt only (I really don't want to do that. I love the red).

Shirts have been ordered. Funny CR issues from the printer.
Printers software "found" a similar image out there on the 'net. Of course it was Kocurek's and of course they asked for express consent to use the image, and of course I had express written consent.
The slightly funnier one was they wanted consent from Simon and Schuster (impossible for a little person like me). Once I pointed out that the type was the URL for my own CR protceted website, they promptly asked for and accepted my money.

I have two final proofs (red shirt and black shirt).
The shirts have been ordered and paid for, so I hope when they arrive and I ask for payment, all of our committed members will follow through on their initial orders.

Custom Ink shipped me the shirts, and I feel the images are askew. It's difficult to tell on the black shirts, but is clear on the red shirts. I sent them back shirts to inspect and they feel the shirts are acceptable.
I do not feel the same. I am returning all of the shirts for a refund. Once they process my refund, I will try again using Uber Print. Since I can't place a new order until I receive my credit, I anticipate the process will be delayed ~3 weeks.
Any person who has paid and does not wish to wait can request and receive a full refund. Just PM me.
I apologize for the delay, but I won't accept crappy shirts.
