This was a tough one. Misery is probably better as a self-contained novel, but The Waste Lands was the book that really got me into The Dark Tower saga. For that, it gets my vote.

Misery. I dont see myself voting for any of the DT novels other than IV or V against any of the top novels. They are great as pieces of the whole, but I have more attachment to the top stand alone novels than I do any of the "pieces" of the DT saga.

We've had this discussion and I just can't agree. I love DT2 and DT6, and DT3 and DT7 are good, but the rest are blah.

I think the only zero I gave was to Dr.Sleep, which I am sure wasn't written by King but is an example of poorly executed fanfic

oh yes, that one! I tried to reason with him in W&G thread, but to no avail...

We're living among monsters, Browning's! We also have a sweet lady among us who gave The Drawing a 1. Can you believe this?
