For your consideration is a Rare Black Case built for housing a 1st Trade US edition of Stephen Kings "The Stand". The case has a magnetic clasp, and features a window to see the book inside. Long sold-out, these cases are rarely seen for sale.

This case is one of only 10 made, and was never offered for sale. SUPER DUPER RARE, If you have one in your collection you're special, and I don't mean in the short bus kind of way :)

The black STAND version is rare. It was only released/sold in white because I felt the white complimented the light color of the DJ on the Stand best. There's a similar color schemed Salem's Lot traycase, which I know Betts bought a few of. If you managed to get a black Stand case for $30 then you made out like a bandit.

No...that's the normal color for Salem's Lot cases as that follows the colors on the DJ. There were no "alternate" cases made for Salem's Lot (or any other cases besides The Stand)
