Stephen King's Masterpiece novel "The Shining". This is a true 1st edition and is SIGNED by Stephen King!
The book has the intact dustjacket with $8.95 as issue price. The copyright page states "First edition", and the correct gutter code of "R49" is present. Kings dated signature is on a bookplate that is attached in the book.

It kind of looks like a sticky note instead of a bookplate. I hope someone makes an offer, but it looks funny in the picture.

It is firmly affixed. I posted numerous high resolution pics. I could have reduced the image size significantly, or changed the lighting, but I don't want anyone (even a casual ebay buyer) to be confused.
IMO the book is worth $149.19+. The market will dictate.
I gain nothing (other than the donation total increases) by conducting the auction.
Oh well. Certainly nothing to stress about.
