Hi,
with the merge of the upcomming calendar, i was wondering, which are the calendars that does already exists, and some explainations of their contents? (anything unpublished anywhere else???]

If i dont say any mistakes, i know that there were :

"OFFICIAL"
- 1986 (dont have any pictures...)
- 1993 : entitled YEAR OF FEARS
- 2006 : (include My Pretty Poney)
from the amazon.com presentation

inside the pages of this spiral-bound hardcover 2006 Stephen King Library Desk Calendar to discover: What question King answered correctly on Jeopardy! to beat David Duchovny and Lynn Redgrave The story behind why Stephen King was partly to blame for the Red Sox curse In his own words, why King wrote under the pen name Richard Bachman Kings tips for the aspiring writer The top ten list of Kings most popular characters Kings musical tastes The overlooked novels of Tabitha King, and much more. As an added bonus, Stephen Kings short story, My Pretty Pony, is included at the end of this exclusive calendar.
- 2007
- 2008
from an ebay auction:

Stephen King: Desk Calendar for 2008. Available exclusively to club members. Book HC + Spiral bound. 128 pages. Publication Date: September, 2007. Enclosed in publisher's shrinkwrap along with error notice and corrected text.

Let Stephen King bring days of dread, weeks of worry, and months of mayhem into your life. This exclusive Desk Calendar for 2008 is packed with essays, creepy facts, trivia, and games—365 chances to step into Stephen King’s chilling universe.
Find out your SK IQ with questions like, “Which King book’s original title was Second Coming?” and “Which novel serves as King’s homage to Rebecca?” Take the Dead or Alive quiz, which asks readers to recall which King characters survived their personal hell and which didn’t. You’ll also get a taste of The Dark Tower; King’s suggestions for the best movies to watch on a cold, wintry night; personal stories from King and some of his fans; and so much more.

but what is a broadside?

isnt a calendar, right?
take it off the list.

A broadside is on oversized print.
In this case is is 18"x24" in size.
It is not a calendar. Letters From Hell is an essay by King regarding some of the strange letters he has received from fans.
Here is mine:

Just found this thread (yep - still TONS of them on here I've yet to read!) and figured I'd post pics of the 1986 Year of Fear calendar and the new 2009 SK Library one.

I guess it's the Stephen King Library. There's a different editor for 2010, but I expect it will look somewhat like the 2008 and 2009 editions.

jeffreysomers: I'm part of the STephen King Desk Calendar 2010, which is cool, and for a moment it seemed like we might organize a reading around it.

so i guess that we will soon start to see them. it's usually around this time of the year

You got me curious, so I pulled out my YEAR OF FEAR 1986 calendar. I'm curious, is it worth anything? I don't care if a book is signed or not, but again out of pure curiosity, has King ever signed a calendar?

A 1999 King calendar signed on June 19th might fetch a pretty penny, but I doubt it exists.

The Stephen King Library Desk Calendar 2012 (http://www.bomcclub.com/pages/nm/product/productDetail.jsp?skuId=1071677249)
If you’re a fan of Stephen King, chances are you avoid pet cemeteries, you have a healthy fear of clowns and when you think of the Man in Black, it isn’t Johnny Cash who comes to mind. But there’s so much more to the Master of Horror, and in our Club exclusive Stephen King Library Desk Calendar 2012, you get to spend a year inside his sinister universe. Packed with essays, juicy details and fascinating trivia, this year’s calendar is also full of excerpts from all the Dark Tower books, articles from professionals he has influenced and more. Plus, it features quizzes—like Mid-World Word Trivia, which tests your knowledge of High Speech—and notes on the future of the series. This calendar is packed with so much, it’s scary!

If anyone needs help in buying the calendar for 2012 - just ask...

I'm also sure that my friends from the polish site will help you getting this (as far as I know some of you already asked some questions and some of you bought calendar last year - so there shouldn't be any problem)

I joined the book club too. Question for you E....the editions of 11/22/63 and other hardcovers of Kings work that they have available...are they the regular editions you can get in stores or are they diffrent in some way? I've pretty much joined just to order the calendars so far (36 total)

Book Club Editions are not the same as the first editions you can buy in the stores. One of the key differences is their will be no price on the Dust Jacket. The board colors may be different, and their won't be printing line numbers on the copyright page. The collectors of 1st Editions will stay away from Book Club editions unless it is a special book club-only edition, like the hardcover Storm of the Century.

While emailing with Jay Franco about another project we're working on, he mentioned that he has extra copies of the Book of the Month Club Stephen King Library Desk Calendars he edited that he might want to sell. As most of you probably know, these were really more like little books than just a calendar, full of essays about King's work, some excerpts from King books, and King trivia, etc.

If anyone is interested in adding these to your collection, I could put you in touch with Jay. He's a really good guy and these are fun items.

Please feel free to email me at brianfreeman@cemeterydance.com with the subject like "Stephen King Calendar" if you'd like a direct connection.

Thanks!

Just came across this awesome(at least to me) calendar to add to my collection. Was a bookseller incentive from 1988. 1988: The Year of Stephen King - 17" x 32" calendar was published by NAL- New American Library to promote the paperback release of The Eyes of the Dragon and contains some SK book trivia. Because of the size, I couldn't capture the whole of the calendar:
