Loved it. One of King's best in a long time, and maybe ever.
This will be interesting to see if all the apparently universal praise translates to our polls here.
Yes.
and I think it will; but we'll see

5 for me. And I don't give 5s easily. This is one of the best King books I've read in a while.

Own it (James bought it for me for Christmas, actually) but haven't had time to read it yet. That being said...I am very much looking forward to it

I echo the above statement. Own it, (Christmas, yay), haven't read it. Looking forward to it.
blavigne, you said you voted it a 2 yet there are no 2's on the poll. :(
A whole eight people who haven't read this yet? What are your problems?? :panic:

Probably the second best time travel book I have ever read, primarily owing to the painstaking commitment to describing in great detail all that transpires between 1958 and 1968 (and at the same time, being completely intriguing).

I gave it a 5 because it deserves a 5.

Robert Fulman, and your number one would be ...?

Number one would be "The Man Who Folded Himself" by David Gerrold. It's a short a book that goes into a great amount of detail about what would happen if someone actually could travel through time. (I highly recommend it to anyone who is comfortable with at least part of the answer being, "he would get it on with himself."). To be honest, though, I have to go back and think about what my number two was before...

No, seriously, I just haven't had time to read it. It's only been out for a couple of months, and I got a thousand novels to finish reading, none of which are near complete (yes, even one based on a certain tv license). Especially my own!
Last chance to vote! The poll is closing!

flicked all the way to the bottom without reading, just in case there were spoilers. Have not read yet, but everyone says its one of his best

A whopping 5th!
That is very surprising. I liked this book very much but a 5th place is very unexpected.

This book was good, but it will never be in my top 5. Sorry.

Sorry, the people have spoken. It still needs to withstand two rounds to remain in the top five.

People never get anything right via collective reasoning.

People never get anything right via collective reasoning.O, rely? Are you sure you're not simply jumping to conclusions?
Why don't we open a thread to discuss your reasoning for that claim, and include a poll on the issue of whether they ever get anything right, so that we can all decide collectively.
:P
(The funniest part of all is I'm nearly certain that most people definitely would agree "People never get anything right." :panic:  )
