I absolutely love this book. I was my first of Sai King's books, and remains my favorite non-DT book to this day :D

This was maybe the second or third King book I read. It will always be in my top 5 for King. A highly effective novel.

2! I don't remember much about it except for its very SLOW-moving pace.

I don't dislike this book but I had trouble getting through it at first. I've only read it completely the one time. Looking forward to revisiting it soon.

This had the opposite effect on me than Dead Zone did, the first time I read it I thought it was very slow paced and a little 'meh'

However on the second read (and I try to re-read all Kings books twice) I loved it! think I have now re-read it four times, and i love it more each time. Great character development and the story although slow paced is all the richer for it

It was good- slow moving and I was kinda bummed I was never scared @ all reading it but still loved the story.

This is another book I read in high school and then didn't remember anything about it. Re-read it again a couple of years ago and thought it was ok. I put it slightly above The Dead Zone which I didn't like at all.

I think that 'Salem's Lot is one of the best vampire stories ever! Second only to Dracula.

It doesn't matter now, but I would have rated this book a 3.

I found the revisiting of Father C. in the DT series far more compelling.

Many thanks to pablo who reminded me that those polls have to be closed some time.

Well, we do need a solid and unchangeable score going forward :)

To not miss your chance to vote, check back here at least every Thursday and Saturday, which is when new polls are scheduled to be opened. A reminder bar was added by Hannah for the start of Round 1 to the top of the forum page, too.
