"Only so-so" for me. I've only read it once and recall being very disappointed. Not a bottom of the barrel but I have no desire to read it again.

Only average for me. If it had been the first SK book I read, it might have taken awhile before I got around to picking up another. Definitely not below average, (we'll get to those later) but not stellar either. I will likely never reread this one.

For me, I think it was simply that I finally read the book decades after hearing all about it and after reading a whole lot of King's later works. So it just didn't grab me the way it would have had I read it earlier.
