BSG. I'll admit, TNG was a big part of my childhood, and Sir Patrick Stewart is immortal as Picard, but I do enjoy the ongoing story of BSG a lot more, as well as just how much more difficult space travel is presented in the show.

...I do enjoy the ongoing story of BSG a lot more, as well as just how much more difficult space travel is presented in the show.Less realism in TNG, it's more of an episodic potpourri, but I don't mind didactic fiction. Especially in sci-fi, where a certain distance is unavoidable unless you're an escapist.
