In this case,

All three refer to the word "Pan", so thats the first syllable.

Also you will notice the letters in quote spell "Where." So you know you are looking for a place.

yeah, sometimes the letters are WHEN or WHAT. Sometimes WHO? I think.... I was never very good at these riddles.
