OMG, The Flintstones is proving to be totally overrated. At least I don't feel so bad for Dr. Who anymore. Folken, you gotta vote Trek here! It was a far more original program.

Yeah I don't get the huge love for Fred et al. Sure it was the first prime-time animated series, and it was a good one, no doubt about that. Paved the way for The Simpsons, etc. On the other hand, Star Trek too was revolutionary. Sure it was somewhat cheesy, especially looking back, but it was the origin of such a long-standing franchise.

Voted for StarTrek - I never liked Flintstones, always got bored whenever I tried watching.

Star Trek. Not my favourite scifi show, obviously, and possibly not even one that makes my top 5 (such a shame that two of those shows, Firefly and the awesome Blake's 7, have been voted out already), but it's still a classic.
