Weird, I saved the issue right after that one, May 3-9, 1997, but NOT the Bernie Wrightson one! Probably had something to do with Lucy Lawless on the cover.

Yes it is. I (dumb me) ordered the set (with "The Shining and "Doctor Sleep" with new jackets and remarques by Glenn Chadbourne). Seems Dave is still waiting on the TV guide issue to be hardbound. Said he will send me the books and slipcase now and the TV guide when it is finished. Wish me luck!

Does anyone have an "In" for, Mr. Wrightson? He would be a great addition to the HF charity event. If you have info and can share, please do!!! I've tried a few times to no avail.

I ended up canceling my order about 3 months ago. I was tired of waiting and TBH the set didn't really fit with my collection anyway. To be fair to Dave, he refunded immediately, no questions asked.

email I got yesterday said all three were ready to be shipped! just wanted to make sure my address was still correct. will believe it when I see it.

I got the same email! Had to remind him I had cancelled :)
