Stewie: We're playing house.
Lois: But that boy is all tied up.
Stewie: Roman Polanski's house.

I voted for Bergman.
I'm fascinated by the allegorical concepts in his films. I love both though, and both are great directors.

So far, bears are satisfied with the results.
I voted for Polanski. I just like him more.
Well, this is supposed to be the main ground for voting.

Mattrick: special thanks for the Family Guy quote, it perfectly sums up everything I was trying to say in my long essay on The Tenant.
And finally, the usual bears' copypaste jingle of these days:

What Brice said.

Has anybody seen The Ghost Writer?
It's one of the better films I've seen this year.

Of course, I have. Twice. Which reminds me... why not a third time?... like, right now...

I abstain. The only movie I've seen from either director was Rosemary's Baby.
you still have a couple of days...
bears will try to be unbiased, and recommend equally:
The Pianist
Wild Strawberries
The Tenant
The Seventh Seal

At this rate it would almost be easier to just have it in your sig.
who ever reads sigs? I'd rather copypaste. It attracts attention.

I think Jean should NOT shorten it.
I think Jean should NOT shorten it.
well, the original version of my essay on The Tenant was about 12 MS Word pages long. I just didn't think anybody would read such a dissertation. But I kept all the parts I left out for later use...
