Wow, this was tough. There were so many sad moments.

Ultimately though - I had to go with Eddie. Since he's my favorite.

I went with
Jake. I cried like a baby when both he and Nick (of The Stand) met their fate, but Jake's was hardest. I nearly stopped reading the book then and there.
