The Moons and Seasons of Mid-World

I need some help on naming them all. I don't have the Concordance on hand and I can't seem to find much on the good ol' Interwebs.

So far I have two Summer moon phases:

The Peddler's Moon, which I think is around Mid-Summer;

And The Huntress, which is at the end of Summer.



Where do the Demon Moon and such fit in?

Kissing moon=Spring/sowing moon?, a perfect disc of silver
Peddler's moon=Mid-summer/full-earth moon, huge and orange
Huntress moon=Last moon of summer & first moon of autumn/Reaping moon, clear
Demon moon=Winter/Years-end moon, blood red
