So,

this is my collection. I collect Stephen King for more than 25 years.
I have, more or less all German Stephen King books inkl. all limited and signed books and a lot of Promo stuff.
I also collect Bradbury, Asimov, Barker...

But there are a lot of ´self-made´ trucks arround. With all possible motives IT, Dark Tower etc..

I ordered them from my `special-high-secured` book dealer, in a big big order. Together
with 4 Transgalaxis Stephen King books and Mist-Nebel Edition Phantasia.
The 4 TG´s and Nebel EP are more ore less the most wanted books in Germany The book dealer offered me then, when i ordered this 5 expensive books,
several of his ´normal´ Stephen King books. From my ´rest of money´ i buy Rage and the
Bachman books, but i think i want sale them in the near future, i need more money for
something more expensive..:drool:
It was a realy good deal for me, the Bachman book is in good condition, i think,
and Rage is ok, bottom yellowed with a little ´remittees book´ black stamp.

The yellow bottom of Rage is normal, I think. Several of my Bachman pockets have this, and it looks like it was printd like that.

ES Edition Phantasia - IT German limited WORLD First Edition Black Leather Book in red velvet slipcase. After the ´problems´ with NEBEL Edition Phantasia, most of the 250 books from ES EP were sold to the USA

ES Edition Phantasia-IT - When i plan to buy ES EP i look and found an ES EP in my neighbourhood but the price was crazy. Then i look in the rest of Europe, and i found another ES EP in Vienna Austria 200 euro cheaper.
My search for a cheaper ES EP continues, and finaly i find another in the USA and it was 150 euro cheaper then the last one incl. del.+tax.

After the ´problems´ with NEBEL, the next Stephen King book project from
Edition Phantasia was canseled, but the pics. for the book from Johann Peterka are finished. Edition Phantasia decided to publish the 13 pics as limited signed portfolio.

This portfolio is extremly hard to find, in more then 10 years are only 3 on ebay available.
The paper from the portfolio is EXTREAM sensitive!!!

I'm amazed at the presentation on that proof. Most of the proofs I have seen are extremely simple and cetainly not so fashionably presented. The only other cool looking proof I can think of is the UK holographic Bag Of Bones.

Joe Hill Teufelszeug - Horns German Bookpremiere in Berlin 05.10.10
It was the one and only public event in Germany, on the 06.10.10 Joe Hill was at the Frankfurt Book trade show, but this day was an ´only press and bookdealers´ day.

Joe Hill in the Otherland Bookshop. With ´Horns´. My seat was 2m to his table. Arround 50 people are in the bookshop.

The complete event was arround two hrs. After the reading and q+a, Joe Hill signs all
books. By choice i was the last who becomes signatures, because i have the most books.
Joe Hill signed one of my 3 Promo Poster, each differend. On his right side, the small booktower, parts of my books.:thumbsup:




When Joe Hill starts to sign the other books, i asked the owner of the bookshop H.Riffel
who is also the translator of the book, if he maybe have something ´special´.
He give me 3 Promo Poster, right of the shopwindow, and Joe Hill signes me all 3 differend.

Hamburger Krimifestival 06.11.10

Final event at former machine fabrik Kampnagel est. 1865.
6 German Crime authors reading parts of her Hamburg lokated Crime storys: Petra Oelker, Michael Koglin, Regula Venske, Renate Kampmann, Doris Gericke, Carmen Korn.
Arround 750 visitors in an former machine production hall.
All 5 Crime ladys come seperatly on the stage, then each reads an ´Hamburg Crime´ story,
would carefully attended by an tailcoated butler. Then, astonishing for lot of the audience,
Michael Koglin, the only male author was presented, he was the hardworking butler...

2 1/2 Hrs event inkl. signing and i was really lucky because i become all my 25 books signed.

Two signed books from Michael Koglin, entrance card, info flyer, sticker, newspaper extra.

When i arrive at the sold out bookshop i was very surprised that when i go of the stairs, the organizer
welcomes me with: Hallo, its really nice to have you here again.... (I think... wow it´s my third thime this year, they remember me...... amazing but why they talk English ;-) ) But then she say´s : Mr Follett nice to have you here again.
I look over my shoulder, OH MR Follett was just behind me....

Arround 2 hrs event inkl signing
Mr Follett talks a lot about his other books, and reads parts from his new ´Fall of the Giants´.
The event was hostet/translatet from Angela Spitzig, she also reads german parts from Fall of The Giants.
She studys Anglistics + Romance, is vice president of „Les Rencontres“ and is the actual mayoress of Köln.
After the reading and q+a Mr Follett signs, i´am lucky he signs me 3 books:

When i buy books, i always ask the seller if he maybe have something ´special´ sig lim, promo stuff....
This time the book shop owner says... No..... but he says a few days later he visits a book sig event with Ramsey Campbell, and when i want, he bring me a signed book.

It look´s like an original. It´s an leather chapbook and the drawing is pasted on the cover. But it´s the first Lettered i see, no idea if all are differend...
Just find out, this Chapbook was not for sale.

He sold more then 43 million books, his books get translatet in 37 languages.

I have all his German books, on the pic you can see some German hartcover books, two of them are signed from Ephraim Kishon, and one is also signed from his late wife Sara.

Frank, many people have problems seeing your pictures and they have said so many times. Perhaps you should consider using a different hosting service for your pics? Most people use something like Imageshack or Photobucket or Picasa - free registration, really easy to use and almost never any problems.

It is a very weird problem. If you open up the picture URL in another tab (IE), the pics show up. I am working on the issue, but it is unlikely (but possible) a board setting issue. I don't wish to hijack the thread, but I am looking into it to be certain it isn't a board setting causing the issue.

and the writer and illustrator for several Weissblech - Horror Comics.

When i meet him, he was realy busy, he just finished ´something´ and just started for an other collector a marvelous painting of a half nude warrior princess with an big SWORD.

He remembered me from our last meeting, we talked a little bit and i asked him if he maybe have ´something´ for me. :)
And... YES..... he asked me if i´am interested in his, one minute before not finished ´rehearsal´ Zombie paniting... My answer.... YES.....
