My favorite DT book on most days of the week. Five is barely enough stars.

My favorite of the Dark Tower tales and the only reason I HAD to have the next in the series.. A 5 all the way. I'd give it a 10 if I could.

It was amazing and I gave it a 5. I wasn't as pissed as most people with the ending, mainly because I loved how it built up the suspense. It left me craving more.

I wanted to give this one a 5, I really did. But, I have to do something to indicate the DT books that are my favorites. I am already going to give 3 of them a 5. So this one has to get a 4. The remaining 3 will get less than a 4.

bears just make it "5" for whatever books fit the "I loved it" definition... it saved them many a qualm! Thus, TDotT is 5, and TWL is 5, and It is 5, and Tommyknockers is 5, and Carrie is 5, and so ahve been and will be many others even though some of them are better than others... this system has its own disadvantages, of course, but at least you don't have to spare your 5s! http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k291/mishemplushem/Facilitation/0134-bear.gifhttp://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k291/mishemplushem/Facilitation/0134-bear.gifhttp://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k291/mishemplushem/Facilitation/0134-bear.gif

So different from the Drawing of the Three in many ways, and yet still so wonderful. The paradox of Jake and the fear of his sanity in 70s New York was fantastically intertwined with the rest of the ka-tet's story of guardians, doorways and demons. Only King could write combine two very different stories like that so masterfully. I have no words to describe the brilliance of this book. Not my favourite, but a very close 2nd. 5/5

Good, It would be a shame for the DT books to not make it. ;)
