How could you not love this one, with stories like children of the corn, the lawnmower man (both of which had movies made of them that were exactly like the stories:|), and night surf, a great one for any fan of the stand. Im a sucker for all of King's short stories, something about all the power and disgustingness packed into just a few pages, amazing.

Gave it a 3, too, but don't think will give any other collection anything different (except JAS, which is a clear 1)

Skeleton Crew will get a 5 from me. But it is the only one.

The fact that it contains The Last Rung on the Ladder puts it in the 5 category. OK, the other great stories help too!

Tons of great stories indeed. The Lawnmower Man, The Ledge, Quitters, Inc., Night Surf, Children of the Corn, Trucks...

I'm surprised this is getting so few votes. It's one of my favorite King collections

:grouphug:

I'm not trying to eke out more 5s or 4s, I just want it to get more votes, any votes. Come one people, in the immortal words of that brilliant persona of the 21st century, Paris Hilton, "Vote or Die"! :)
